What format should be to calculate Kendall's W?

For example, would each "judge" be a row of data, with each subject (to
be rated) assigned to a specific column, and then the rank (or rating)
entered in the cell?
Thus, in the example below, judge A assigns a rank of 3,1,2 to
candidates Smith, Jones, and White, respectively. While judge B assigns
ranks of 1,2, and 3 to those same candidates.
Smith Jones White
A 3 1 2
B 1 2 3

Use the following format:
